Operations Manager – £45k
Using your existing skills and experience, as Operations Manager, you will motivate and support a wider team to exceed contractual performance and develop a culture of quality that leads to participants moving closer to the labour market.
The project will use a keyworker model delivering interventions to economically inactive residents of Greater Manchester. As such, you will be expected to work agilely across numerous sites in all 10 local authority areas.
Team leaders – £36,315
The role of Team Leader will support the Operations Manager to Inspire, motivate and lead a team of Key workers. Embedding a high-performance culture to ensure an execution of all contractual delivery supported by exceptional quality and compliance, within budget, through effective management and leadership.
The role requires experience of working and training people with multiple and complex needs. Post holders need to be highly organised, self-motivated, engaging, and supportive. Occasionally the position may require setting up learning opportunities including workshops and bespoke programmes of work.
Keyworkers – £28,080
As a Keyworker you will manage a caseload of participants, being their mentor and coach. You will support them to become socially included by assessing their needs and developing individually tailored support packages to aid them in entering either training, education, or employment. Participants may include single parents, those with criminal records, mental health groups, ex-services, specific ethnic minorities, or faith groups and those with specific disabilities.

Occasionally the position may require setting up learning opportunities including workshops and bespoke programmes of work.
Community Engagement Officers – £28,080
As a Community Engagement Officer, you will gain new participants for Working Well: Support to Succeed, targeting specific cohorts, as identified by the management information to ensure project profiles are achieved.
To work closely with delivery partners and community groups across Greater Manchester (GM) to identify potential participants and arrange events to engage with them, specific to their needs and interests.
Organise and deliver tailored programmes to promote Support To Succeed and generate referrals, supporting individuals to attend programmes and register for the project.
To support the delivery of the Support To Succeed team to achieve specific outcomes/ targets in relation to employment, training/education and external job search activities for participants.
Project administrator £26,000
As a highly organised individual, you will bring your experience and skills of working in a contract compliance background to implement a culture that exceeds contract performance and enables maximum impact on participants to be delivered.
